Swedish Massage

As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle. It's used to ease chronic aches and pain, particularly in cases involving stiff necks, or in the upper and lower back, as well as to address leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders.

Sports Massage

As the name suggests, Sports Massage is geared towards clients involved in fitness. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body and to keep it in optimal condition. It is also designed to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.
